化爆材料的切削温度与切削力在线实时监控研究

【摘要】 针对化爆材料切削特点,研制出一种将切削与测温功能集成于一体的新型半人工热电偶快速温度传感器。测试系统中引入相位超前校正网络,使整个测试系统的时间常数在2ms以内,能捕捉到很短的切削温度脉冲。该测温传感器与我所自行研制的压电式动态切削测力仪,测试软件一起构成测温、测力在线实时监控系统。已安装在中国工程物理研究院并投入使用。取得了很满意的效果。
【Abstract】 In allusion to the features of cutting chemical explosive material, a new type of fast-response temperature sensor-semi-artifical thermocouple is developed, which integrates both cutting and temperature measuring functions. The response time of the measuring system is within 2ms after adopting phase-leading emendation network. The system can catch a cutting temperature pulse which lasts very short time. The temperature sensor, piezoelectric cutting dynamometer developed by ourselves and software composed the real-time monitoring system. The system is being operated in China Academy of Engineering Physical, and satisfied results are achieved.
