难加工材料电解机械复合抛光

【摘要】 不锈钢、钛及其合金等难加工材料具有许多优良的性能,如高韧性、高强度、高硬度等等。但它们的这些优良性能也给抛光加工带来很大困难,易引起工件烧伤、发黑、加工硬化等表面质量问题。本文介绍了在磁场中的电解机械复合抛光工艺和增速机构原理。该工艺是采用柔性抛光片的机械作用和与工件机械性能无关的电解作用,以及促进电解反应的磁场作用相结合的抛光方法,有效地解决传统抛光易出现的质量问题。
【Abstract】 Difficult-to-machine materials like stainless steel, titanium and its alloys and other such pure metal or alloys are of many excellent properties, such as high toughness, high strength, high hardness, etc. But these excellent properties also bring some difficulties in their polishing process, which gives rise easily to the quality problems such as burning, getting blackened and work hardening on the surface of the workpiece. In this paper the principles of the electrolytic-mechanical polishing process in a magnetic field and the main shaft speed-raising tool system of a machine tool are introduced, and this process is a compound one combined the mechanical polishing action with soft abrasive slices and the electrolytic polishing which has nothing to do with mechanical properties with a magnetic action that can accelerate electrolytic reaction, and it solves efficiently the quality problems that occur easily in traditional polishing.
