液压泵故障分形诊断方法的自适应小波降噪技术研究

【摘要】 针对液压泵故障分形诊断方法中噪声对关联维数的影响,提出了自适应小波降噪的思路。基于二进正交小波构造原理,构造了正交小波基参数表达方程及降噪效果的自适应目标函数,应用遗传优化方法求出最佳小波基。仿真及实例证明:此方法能提高机械系统的关联维数的准确性。
【Abstract】 In order to reduce the influence of noise on the correlation dimension which is used in the hydraulic pump fractal fault diagnosis,a denoising method using adaptive wavelets was presented.Based on the constructive theory of orthogonal binary wavelet transform,a parameter expression equation of binary wavelet and adaptive goal function put forward.Applied Genetic optimization method,the best wavelet base was obtained.Simulation and experiment proved that this method can increase the accuracy of correlation dimension of mechanical system.
