组态软件WinCC在结晶器激振监测系统中的应用
Application of Configuration Software WinCC in the Hydraulic Oscillating Online Monitoring System of Mould

【摘要】 本文对液压激振系统的控制原理进行了分析,提出了结晶器激振系统数据采集方案,利用下位机PLC对压力、温度、流量、过滤器状态等信息进行采集,在上位机实现显示、记录、打印等功能。对分别以VB和WinCC组态软件作为监控软件的开发作了比较,并选择WinCC作为上位机的监控开发软件,开发了结晶器在线监测系统,主要包括主界面、电液伺服阀界面、伺服油缸界面以及液压系统界面。利用C函数实现报表打印等功能,并对激振系统的重要状态参数以数字或趋势的形式实时显示,为故障诊断提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The controlling principle of mold oscillator performed by hydraulic cylinder was analyzed.The data collection scheme of mold oscillator was given.The state parameters such as pressure,temperature,flow are collected by PLC and displayed on HMI.As the general development software,VB and configuration software were compared in characteristic.Then configuration software WinCC was chosen to develop the online monitoring system of mould,and the designed interface includes the main monitoring interface,the servo-valve monitoring interface,cylinder monitoring interface and the hydraulic system monitoring interface.The print function of report was achieved by C function,and the vital state parameters of mold oscillator were displayed real time in numeric or trend’s ways,which can contribute to its fault diagnosis.
