催化转化器载体流动特性研究
The Study of Flow Characteristic of Carrier in Catalytic Converter

【摘要】 本文应用CFD软件对陶瓷载体和不同孔密度的金属载体小孔内气体流动进行三维数值模拟计算。通过分析各自的压力损失及压力分布情况,得出了金属载体相对于陶瓷载体不论是结构形态还是物理特性都有利于减小气体流动阻力,具有较好的流动特性的结论
【Abstract】 The study of 3D numerical simulation was done to the flow in single hole of the ceramic carrier and metal carriers with different consistency by CFD software-Fluent and the pressure loss and pressure distribution was analyzed.The results show that,compared to ceramic carrier,the structure and the physical character of metal carriers are more propitious to reduce the resistance of the flow in single holes.And the metal carriers have better flow characteristic.
