几种含聚氧乙撑链基绿色水基润滑剂的摩擦性能比较

【摘要】 以油酸分子为载体引入聚氧乙撑链和氮元素,合成了OT系列绿色水基润滑添加剂,参照GB6144-85测试了与钼酸钠复配后的防锈性能,通过四球试验机考察了1%OT1、1%OT2和1%OT3水溶液的摩擦学性能,初探其极压抗磨作用机理。试验结果表明:OT系列添加剂在水中具有较好的抗磨减摩性能,而1%OT2水溶液具有更高的承载能力,高载荷时抗磨减摩性能更好,摩擦系数最小。可能因其在溶解性和吸附性上达到了平衡。

【Abstract】 The green water-based lubricants, OT series were synthesizedwhile the oleic acid molecule was as the carrier to import polye-thoxylated chains and nitrogen. According to GB6144-85, theantirust characters of OT blending respectively with sodium mo-lybdate were tested: The tribolotical performances of water-basedlubrication with 1% OT1, 1% OT2 and 1% OT3 were measuredby a four-ball tribotester. And the extreme pressure and anti-wear mechanism were discussed. The result showed OT series ad-ditives in water had preferable anti-wear capabilities. Water-based lubricant with 1% OT2 can provide with higher load-carry-ing capacity, and its PB value was up to 1049N. In the highload, its anti-wear ability became better, and in load of 490N for10min, its WSD was 0.59mm. Its friction coefficient was theleast. Maybe, this was because of the dissolution and adsorptionof OT2 getting the balance.
