水轮机过流部件的磨损问题
Study on Wear of Hydraulic Turbine Transition Parts

【摘要】 水轮机过流部件的磨损,降低了机组发电效率,影响水电站的正常运转,是一个关系水轮机安全运行的重要而特殊的问题。本文在分析水轮机泥沙粒冲蚀、气蚀等单一磨损机制和试验方法的基础上,探讨了泥沙冲蚀与气蚀复合磨损问题及其试验方法,并对我国浑水发电特点下水轮机过流部件的磨损问题的特殊性进行了分析,提出了关于水轮机过流部件磨损的防护和修复措施,是解决我国水轮机磨蚀问题的有效途径。
【Abstract】 China has the largest hydropower resources in the world. Howev-er, there is a lot of solid particle in rivers. In this paper, thewear problem of Hydraulic Turbine Transition Parts under Chinesemuddy water conditions is analyzed. The phenomenon of wear,cavitation and erosion is a major concern in the hydropower gener-ation industry. The wear of components of hydraulic turbine re-duces the efficiency of generator and influences the operaion and stabilization of the power station. To improve and predict the cav-itation erosion property of different materials and components ofhydraulic turbine, some experiments have to be carried on. Inthis paper the principle and testing equipments for wear, cavitati-on and erosion measure of materials are presented. There aremany equipments and methods designed for cavitation and erosionresearch, but the difference between laboratory approach and ac-tual damage is usually very great. Based on the foundation of ana-lyzing a single wearing and tearing mechanism of sand erosion,cavitation erosion etc. of hydraulic turbine and the experimentmethods, a combined multiphase flow testing method of sand,bubble and water with high velocity is discussed.
