125MW Kaplan水轮机枢轴-铜瓦摩擦副失效分析及再制造方案的探讨

【摘要】 对检修中的葛洲坝水力发电厂18号和15号125MW的Kaplan水轮机(ZZ500-LH-1020型)的枢轴-铜瓦摩擦副进行了失效分析。从宏观磨损形貌推断,枢轴-铜瓦摩擦副中存在着粘着磨损、磨料磨损和疲劳磨损三种磨损类型;从对收集到的枢轴-铜瓦摩擦副的润滑油样进行的磨屑铁谱分析中,也证实枢轴-铜瓦摩擦副中存在着粘着磨损、磨料磨损和疲劳磨损;在滑动摩擦过程中,同时还产生着和传递着静载荷拌有脉动的附加载荷的交变负荷,它的损伤属于机械-滑动疲劳损伤。针对枢轴-铜瓦摩擦副的失效原因,探讨了枢轴-铜瓦摩擦副的再制造方案。

【Abstract】 The causes of failure of pivot-copper bushing pairs in a 125MWKaplan turbine (model ZZ500-LH-1020) were analyzed dur-ing overhauling in Gezhouba Hydropower Plant. The type of wearin these rubbing pairs was determined from observations of theirmacroscopic wear appearances and analyzing their wear particlesin the used lubricating-oil for their shape with the ferrgraphy. Itwas indicated that adhesive wear, abrasive wear and fatigue wearexisted in the rubbing pairs. Moreover, alternating stresses resul-ting in static loads with accompanying subsidiary pulsating loadstogether were being produced and transmitted through at the sametime during sliding friction. Such a kind of damage in the rubbingpairs belongs among mechano-sliding fatigue, namely, wear-fa-tigue damage caused by the kinetic interaction of mechanical fa-tigue and sliding friction phenomena. Its problem is categorizedin study of tribo-fatigue which is a "science concerned with wear-fatigue damage and failure of active systems of machines and e-quipments".
