不锈钢管件无模拉伸实验研究

【摘要】 对不锈钢管件无模拉伸变形时壁厚变化进行了实验研究,分析了不锈钢管件无模拉伸时壁厚变化的影响因素及影响规律。实验结果发现,不锈钢管件无模拉伸时,壁厚变化tf/to与Dif/Di,Dof/Do,(1-Rs)1/2的值成正比,对于薄壁不锈钢管件(当to Do<0.1)无模拉伸时,k1=k2=k3=1。
【Abstract】 Variation of wall thickness during tube dieless drawing has been studied by experiment.It has been put forward that the variation of wall thickness is in directly proportion to outer-diameter,inter-diameter,and(1-Rs)1/2 (Rs-sectional reduction ratio of tube).With the width of deformation increasing,but the value of variation of wall thickness and the derivative of wall thickness variation (tf/t0) to width of deformation both reduces.
