高炉氧气喷头底部挤压成形数值模拟及工艺研究

【摘要】 本文在数值模拟挤压过程基础上,优化挤压成形工艺参数,通过严格控制毛坯形状以及成形温度,不仅可降低成形力,而且可明显细化晶粒。金相分析证明,新工艺具有组织均匀、晶粒细小、成形精度高等优点。
【Abstract】 Oxygen content and size of crystalline grain are of key importance in properties of the bottom of oxygen nozzle of blast furnace,made up of CFHC copper.Based on numerical simulation of its hot-cold complex extrusion processes,a new craft is submitted in this article.Controlling forming temperature strictly and being protected with nitrogen while heating,the bottoms can be formed with oxygen content ensured and crystalline grain minimized.Proved with constitution diagrams,the new craft can land productions with higher precision more even microstructure and more fine crystalline grain.
