镁阳极氧化膜层微观结构和防护性能的比较研究

【摘要】 对镁及镁合金基体金属上以各种不同工艺所得膜层的微观结构及其综合防护性能(包括耐蚀性、耐磨性及结合力)进行了比较研究。发现不同工艺条件形成的阳极氧化膜层在微观结构上存在显著区别;环保型阳极氧化工艺所得膜层的综合防护性能较经典工艺好,对基体金属能提供更为有效的保护。
【Abstract】 The microstructures and protective properties of anodic films formed by different anodizing processes on magnesium alloy AZ91D were studied. The protective properties involved included corrosion protection, abrasion resistance and adhesion between film and substrate. It was observed that there were remarkable differences existing among different anodic films. It was testified that the anodic film formed by environmentally friendly new process could provide more effective protection to substrate than that formed by two classic processes.
