固体渗硼技术的实用性研究

【摘要】 研究了固体渗硼技术的实用性新工艺及钢铁渗硼后的组织与性能,获得了可靠稳定的固体渗硼技术并将该技术成功地应用于冷、热作模具;不锈钢、耐热钢制石油化工机械上,还批量用于出口德国的纺织机械用的导板上,获得了良好的社会效益和经济效益,为固体渗硼技术的大规模推广应用创造了条件。
【Abstract】 The practical new technology of solid boronizing and the boronizing microstructures and properties of the steels and iron were investigated in this paper. The solid boronizing technology is credibility and stabilization. It was used in cool-mould , hot- mould , stainless steel and the petroleum chemical machine made of refractory steels successfully.The technology has also been used in the guidance of weave machine batch export Germany and gained well social effect and economic effect, simultaneity it laid the condition to extend the solid boronizing technology.
