金属板材的数控逐次塑性成形技术

【摘要】 <正> 板材的数控逐次塑性成形是近年来国际上刚刚开始研究的一种新工艺。它是有别于传统的“先设计、制造模具,然后进行冲压成形”的塑性加工技术,是将数控技术、CAD/CAM技术和金属塑性成形技术相结合的先进智能化制造技术。它通过在数控机床上添加专门的装置和工具,结合三维造型和分层切片技术,寻求材料与工具合适的运动轨迹和合理的成形条件,不需要模具就能使板材成形出工件。这种工艺
【Abstract】 The incremental plastic deformation of sheet metal numerical controlled is a new technology, which is just studied in recent year internationally. It differs from the traditional sheet metal machining method through designing and manufacturing die. It is a advanced and intellectualized technology integrating CAD/CAM and numerical control and simulation technology. By appending special equipment and tools in NC milling machine, combing three dimentional sculpt and delamination slice up , searching for appropriate movement trace and sensible forming conditions, sheet-metal can be shaped without using die. It makes for responding the user’s needs fleetly, make for the product’s innovation design and varied , low-batch manufacture. We can get data to construct mold face from this course and make die at necessary moment, that can shorten the mold making period and reduce cost
