含RE热浸镀锌用稀释剂研究

【摘要】 研究了加RE稀释剂对热浸镀锌镀层减薄耐蚀机理.重点研究了以下问题:RE-Zn稀释剂制备、锌涂层厚度、耐蚀性、微观形貌及影响因素.最终得出最佳RE稀释剂配方及工艺。
【Abstract】 The mechanism of decrease thickness and raise corrosion resistance of Zn coating are studied.At the same time ,the following problems are studied -.Making of RE-Zn diluents,thickness.Corrosion resistance micro-appearance and influence factor of the Zn coating (Variable content RE diluents,difference technology).Get out the best diluents(RE) at last.
