镁合金直接化学镀镍的工艺研究

【摘要】 研究了镁合金直接化学镀镍的工艺.采用了固定的前处理工艺,对试样进行碱洗、酸洗、活化等前处理,着重对化学镀镍影响较大的镀液配方进行了试验研究,以施镀现象和对镀层的评价为依据,得到了较好的化学镀液,并对化学镀镍的主要影响因素进行了分析.
【Abstract】 The process of direct electroless nickel plating on magnesium alloy was studied in this paper.The samples before electroless nickel plating were deal with a stable process,including removing oil and grease in an alkaline soak cleaner,pickling,chemical etch,dip in hydrofluoric acid.Emphasis of the study was component of plating fluid of electroless nickel plating and a kind of plating fluid was got on the ground of the phenomena in plating and quality of coat.Research on mostly effect factors was in this paper.
