【摘要】 由于 H.264没有场景切换处理机制,如果在 P 帧出现场景切换,将使该图象组(GOP)中场景切换后的图象重建质量严重下降。为此,本文首先提出一种场景切换快速检测方法,再对发生场景切换的 GOP 进行调整合并,重组成新的 GOP,并对新 GOP 的 I 帧提出一种量化参数选取方法。实验结果表明,本算法能降低场景切换时的 PSNR 波动, 提高重建视频质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 In H.264,if scene switching happens in inter-frames,the quality of reconstructed video in this GOP will be sharply degraded.Hence,a fast scene switching detection method is proposed first,and then a GOP is reformed by combining the remained frames and next GOP.Finally,a quantization parameter selected method for intra-frame of the reformed GOP is proposed.The experimental results have shown that,the proposed algorithm can reduce PSNR fluctuation and increase the quality of reconstructed video when scene switching happens.更多还原
