硒钴配施对番茄幼苗生长及土壤微生物的影响

【摘要】 采用盆栽试验研究了硒钴配施对番茄幼苗生长发育的影响,同时还研究了硒钴配施对番茄苗期土壤微生物的影响。研究结果表明:(1)适量的硒、钴配施可以提高幼苗期番茄植株株高、鲜重和叶绿素含量。(2)硒、钴配施对番茄苗期土壤中的微生物的影响表现为细菌最多,放线菌次之,真菌最少。无论单一施硒、施钴或者硒钴配施.除了处理 Se3Co3抑制土壤中真菌数量之外。其余处理条件下土壤中微生物数量较对照均有增加。
【Abstract】 A pot experiment was investiated to study the effect of selenium and cobalt compound on the tomato seeding plant growth and soil microbial.The results showed that appropriate concentration of selenium and cobalt could increase the plant height,fresh weight and content of chlorophyll of tomato plant.The bacteria amounts were the most,the actinomyces amounts were the next,and fungi amounts were the least among composition of the three communities of soil microbes.Whatever fertilized seleniumn or cobalt individually or selenium cobalt combined on the amounts of soil microbes showed,except the treatment Se3Co3 could inhibite the fungi amounts,the amounts of the bacteria and actinomyces could increase than Se0Co0 at the other treatments.
