二氧化钛胶体处理土壤对小麦积累铅铜锌的影响

【摘要】 盆栽土培及外加重金属条件下探讨了胶体二氧化钛处理土壤对小麦吸收积累重金属铅铜锌的影响.用 ICP—MS 分析方法对土壤中可交换态铅铜锌,小麦根系、地上部组织中铅铜锌含量进行定量研究。结果表明:与加胶体前相比,二氧化钛胶体处理后,土壤中可交换态铅、铜和锌分别下降47.31%、33.64%和40.50%;小麦地上部组织中铅、铜和锌分别下降55.39%、54.40%和70.56%.然而,二氧化钛胶体处理后.能显著促使小麦根系中重金属聚积,铅、铜、锌分别增加57.30%、85.67%和13.81%。可见在此实验条件下,二氧化钛处理土壤能有效降低土壤中可交换态铅铜锌含量,从而减少这些重金属在植物地上部组织中的累积。二氧化钛胶体处理后,尽管小麦根系中重金属大幅增加,但从小麦株高、鲜干物质积累量等生长指标看,与加胶体前无大差别,与原土对照处理也无明显差异。
【Abstract】 Under soil culture with the addition heavy metals condition,effect of colloid titanium dioxide (CTD) treatment soil on the accumulation of Pb,Cu and Zn in wheat was investigated for the first time. The contents of exchangeable Pb,Cu and Zn in soils and the total Pb,Cu and Zn in roots and shoots of wheat were quantitatively analyzed by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).Experi- mental results showed that after the CTD infiltrated into soil,the contents of the exchangeable Pb,Cu and Zn in soils were reduced by 47.31%,33.64% and 40.50%,as compared with the CTD absent treatment, respectively,and the contents of the total Pb,Cu and Zn in shoots of wheat were reduced by 55.39%, 54.40% and 70.56%,as compared with the CTD absent treatment,respectively.However,the contents of the total Pb,Cu and gn in roots of wheat were increased by 57.30%,85.67% and 13.81%,as compared with the CTD absent treatment,respectively.Although contents of the total Pb,Cu and gn in roots of wheat increased evidently,differences in the height and weight of the wheat were not significant as com- pared with the control and the CTD absent treatment.Therefore it was concluded that the treatment of the CTD effectively decreased the contents of exchangeable Pb,Cu and Zn in soils and accumulation of Pb,Cu and Zn in shoots of wheat.This study has preliminarily validated the assumption about immobilization soil heavy metals by CTD.
