土壤温湿度对人工杨树林土壤呼吸影响
Interpreting the Dependence of Soil Respiration on Soil Temperature and water content in a polar plantation

【摘要】 在2007年的1月到12月期间对北京大兴区的人工杨树林的土壤 CO2释放通量进行每半小时一次的测量, 以研究土壤温度(Ts)和土壤含水量(W)对土壤呼吸(Rs)在季节和日间尺度上的影响。日平均土壤呼吸在3月达到最低值0.30μmol·m-2s-1,在8月上旬达到最大值5.10μmol·m-2s-1。全年范围内土壤表面下5 cm 处的土壤温度与土壤呼吸有显著的指数函数关系,土壤温度可以单独解释人工杨树林68.9%的土壤呼吸速率变化。人工杨树林的土壤呼吸的温度敏感性(Q10)是1.63。在生长季中,土壤含水量和土壤呼吸速率具有三次方函数关系, R2为0.328。将生长季的土壤温湿度与土壤呼吸进行线性回归得知,土壤温、湿度可共同解释62%的土壤呼吸共速率变化,当土壤含水量大于6%时,这个数字达到82%。总体来说土壤呼吸受土壤温度影响较大,但是在生长季,如果土壤水分过低,即使在同等的土壤温度条件下土壤呼吸也会受到抑制。
【Abstract】 Continuous half-hourly measurement of soil CO2 efflux made between January and December 2007 in a polar plantation located at DaXing district of Beijing were used to investigate the seasonal and di- urnal dependence of soil respiration(Rs)on soil temperature(Ts)and water content(W).Daily mean Rs varied from a minimum of 0.30μmol·m-2s-1in May to a maximum of 5.10μmol·m-2s-1in early-Au- gust.Daily mean Ts at the 5 cm depth and Rs had exponential relationship in the whole year.Ts can indi- vidually explain 68.9% of Rs variation.The temperature sensitivity of Rs(Q10)is 1.63 in the polar plan- tation.W and Rs had cubic relationship in the growing season,and R2 is 0.328.A linear regression of Ts,W and Rs shows that Ts and W can explain 62% of Rs variation which increased to 82% when W is higher than 6%.Generally,Ts is more effective to Rs than W in the whole year.But in growing season,Rs can be inhibited by W even if at the same Ts when W is too low.
