氮素调控剂对甘蓝硝酸盐和土壤硝态氮含量的影响

【摘要】 以北京市主要蔬菜品种甘蓝为对象,田间小区试验研究了双氰胺(DCD,dicyandiamide)等氮素调控剂处理下甘蓝硝酸盐和土壤硝态氮变化。结果表明,随生长期的延长,甘蓝可食部分硝酸盐含量下降,10 kg/hm~2 DCD 和10 kg/hm~2单质硫配施处理下收获期与结球期相比分别降低了76.7%和66.9%,DCD 配施高量硫处理下硝酸盐含量显著高于对照处理。DCD 和低量硫配施条件下表层土壤硝态氮明显降低,高量硫配施处理下结球期表层土壤硝态氮比对照高28.0%。氮素调节剂处理下种植甘蓝下层土壤有较高的硝态氮含量,尤其是 DCD 配施高量硫处理下 70~90 cm 土层硝态氮比对照增加了一倍。以上结果说明,DCD 及低量硫配施有利于降低甘蓝可食部分硝酸盐含量,高量硫配施增加了甘蓝硝酸盐含量,DCD 及与硫配施都促进了种植甘蓝土壤硝态氮向下层的淋溶损失,尤其是高硫配施。
【Abstract】 A field experiment on the influence of nitrogen—control agent e.g.dicyandiamide(DCD,dicya- ndiamide)on nitrate content in cabbage(Brassica oleracea vat capitata)and in soil planted cabbage.The results showed that,with the extended growth period,nitrate content in edible part of cabbage decline, harvesting time compared with the heading stage decreased by 76.7% and 66.9% treated with 10 kg/hm~2 DCD and 10 kg/hm~2 element sulfur combined,and it was significantly higher under the condition of the DCD combined application with the high dosage of sulfur nitrate content than the control treatment.Under the condition of DCD and the low dosage of sulfur combined the surface soil nitrate decreased significantly, the treatment of the combination of the high dosage of sulfur increased by 28.0% compared with the con- trol at heading stage.There was higher nitrate content in subsoil treated with nitrogen regulator,especial- ly DCD combined application of high-sulfur 70-90 cm layer of nitrate than the control has doubled.It is suggested that DCD with combination of the low dosage of sulfur reduce the nitrate content in cabbage edi- ble parts,of high-sulfur combined increase it,and DCD and sulfur combined application is to promote the nitrate leaching losses from topsoil to subsoil,especially high-sulfur combined application.
