不同品种油菜幼苗根系对氮胁迫的反应差异研究

【摘要】 采用溶液培养试验,在不同硝态氮浓度下测定了不同品种油菜幼苗的根长、一级侧根数和根系活力的变化情况,同时在正常供氮条件下,测定了油菜幼苗的硝态氮吸收动力学参数,并对其单株生物量、氮素吸收量及氮素生理效率进行了比较。结果表明,不同品种油菜幼苗的根长、一级侧根数、根系活力、对硝态氮的亲和力及最大吸收速率、单株生物量、氮素吸收量、氮素生理效率等均有明显差异。本试验所比较的3个油菜品种中,氮高效品种湘油15在氮素胁迫条件下,具有更长的根长、更多的一级侧根数和更强的根系活力,且对硝态氮的亲和力也大,而高潜力品种742除其最大吸收速率最高之外,根系活力、对硝态氮的亲和力、根长及一级侧根数等其他各项指标并没有高于其他品种。

【Abstract】 Under solution culture condition,the length of root,the number of lateral roots,and root activ- ity of seedling from different rape variety were determined,and the kinetic parameters of nitrate uptake by oil rape seedling were also determined under normal supplying nitrogen,at the same time,the absorbing nitrogen amount and nitrogen physiological efficiency were compared.The results indicated that the obvi- ous differences exist among the three different oil rape varieties in the length of root,the number of lateral roots,root activity,the affinity to NO3-N,the maximum absorbing rate,single plant biomass,absorbing nitrogen amount and nitrogen physiological efficiency.Under the stressed N condition,Xiang--You15 has the more length of root,more numbers in lateral root and higher root activity,and therefore the higher af- finity capability to NO3-N.Except for the maximum absorbing rate,root activity,the affinity capability to NO3-N,the length of root and the lateral root numbers of variety 742 were not higher than that of other oil rape varieties.
