不同基因型棉花钾素吸收利用差异的研究

【摘要】 在苗期筛选的基础上,选出钾高效的新陆早6号、新陆中15号、新海16号,钾低效的石 K7、新陆早10号五个棉花品种进行不同棉花品种对钾的吸收与利用效率差异比较。结果表明,在不施钾和施钾条件下,不同基因型棉花(钾高效与钾低效)在各时期的含钾量、钾积累量和地上部分干物重存在显著差异性。尤以不施钾条件下钾高效品种新陆中15号表现最为突出,其整个培育期的含钾量、钾积累量和地上部分干物重分别是钾低效品种石 K7的 1.29、1.76和1.40倍,不同基因型棉花钾利用指数也存在差异但不明显。
【Abstract】 This paper studied difference of the potassium absorption and utilization for difference cotton genotypes(potassium-efficiency genotype XINLUZAO6,XINLUZHONG15,XINHAI16,and potassium- inefficiency genotype XINLUZAO10 and SHIKT)base on the screening experiment of seedling stage.The result showed that the significant difference among potassium content,potassium accumulation and bio- mass yield of different cotton genotypes existed in two potassium condition.The XINLUZHONG15 was the best genotype in potassium content,potassium accumulation and biomass yield without potassium ap- plication,the qualities of potassium content,potassium accumulation and biomass yield were 1.29 times, 1.76 times and 1.40 times than SHIK7.The potassium utilization index was difference in different cotton genotypes but not significant.
