姬菇杂交菌株JM334选育
Crossbreeding of the hybrid strain JM334 of Pleurotus cornucopiae

【摘要】 采用单核体杂交方法构建的杂交菌株94334,与双亲均形成拮抗现象,菌丝体生长速度差异显著;增产率达8.2%~73. 7%;酯酶同工酶聚分析杂交菌株与亲株之间相异系数达0.75。杂交菌株JM334为一个出菇温度范围广、高产优质的姬菇菌株。
【Abstract】 The hybrid strain JM334 obtained through mon-monkaryon crossbreeding had the antagonism phenomena with the parent strains, its rnycelia growth rate differed significantly, its increment rate reached 8.2% -73.7%. The dissimilarity coefficient reached 0.75 based on the esterase isozyme electrophcresis between the hybrid strain and the parent strains. The hybrid strain JM334 was a new high yield and high quality strain with the wide fruitbody growing temperature range.
