生物复合肥对莴笋产量和品质的影响

【摘要】 通过田间试验和化学分析,研究了8种不同生物复合肥(BCF)对莴笋产量和品质的影响。结果表明:BCF-1、BCF-2、BCF-8均能提高莴笋的产量,增产均达到极显著水平。在改善品质方面:BCF-1、BCF-6、BCF-8对莴笋茎、叶中可溶性糖、Vc、全钾含量均有明显的提高作用。BCF系列对能促进莴笋叶片中硝酸还原酶的活性,对茎、叶中硝酸盐含量均有降低作用,而且叶片中NO3-含量的降幅比笋茎大。
【Abstract】 The effect on the yield and quality of the lettuce of the 8 Bio-Compound Fertilizers (BCF) were studied by field test and chemistry analysis. The results showed the effect on the yield were very significant by the BCF-1, BCF-2, BCF-8. The obvious increasing effect were found on the solubility sugar, Vc, and the content of total K of the stem and leaf by the BCF-1, BCF-6, BCF-8. The nitrate reductase activities of the lettuce’s leaves were increased by the BCF series. The content of nitrate of the lettuce stem was reduced, and the NO3- decrease of the leaf was higher than the stem.
