覆膜旱作对水稻养分吸收和稻米品质的影响
The effects of film mulching cultivation on nutrition uptake and rice quality

【摘要】 在田间试验条件下对覆膜旱作稻氮、磷、钾利用特征和稻米品质做了初步研究。结果表明,各生育期覆膜旱作稻氮、磷、钾养分含量和吸收量几乎都高于常规水作稻,尤以生育中后期较为明显;收获期覆膜旱作稻氮、磷、钾养分吸收量及籽粒中氮、磷、钾的积累量比常规水作均有提高.覆膜旱作与常规水作相比,稻米糙米率、精米率、透明度、胶稠度、直链淀粉含量、碱消值均没有显著差异;稻米中Lys、Phe、Leu、Val、Thr 5种必需氨基酸含量及蛋白质含量均有不同程度增加。采用合理的水肥管理,覆膜旱作技术具有较大的高产优质潜力。
【Abstract】 The effects of film mulching cultivation on rice nitrogen(N), phosphorous(P) and potassium(K) nutrient status and rice quality were primarily studied in a field experiment. The results showed that N, P, K concentrations and uptakes of film mulched rice plant were higher than conventional flooded rice nearly the whole growth stage, especially at middle and later stages. Total N, P and K uptakes of rice plant and rice grain of film mulched rice were also higher at harvest stage. Ratio of brown rice, ratio of milled rice, transparency, amylase, gel consistency and alkali spreading value of film mulched rice grains were almost the same as flooded rice grains, and Lys, Phe, Leu, Val and Thr five essential amino acids and protein contents were enhanced.
