植物硝态氮累积的营养生理基础研究
Nitrate accumulation in plants and its nutritional physiology

【摘要】 本文针对蔬菜硝态氮累积对人类健康的威胁,分析了植物种类、品种、器官的硝态氮累积差异,植物对硝态氮的吸收、运输及硝态氮的营养生理作用,硝酸还原酶在硝态氮同化中的作用,硝酸还原酶活性的诱导及其调节。提出了植物硝态氮累积研究存在的问题。
【Abstract】 Nitrate accumulation in vegetables has posed detrimental threats to food safety and human’s health. This review paper was concerned on differences of nitrate accumulation in plant spiecies and cultivars, as well as in different plant organs; absorption and tranporta tion of nitrate by plants, and its nutritional and physiological functions; the role of nitrate reductase in nitrate reduction; and induction and regulation of nitrate reductase activity. In the conclusion, issues needed further research in the field of plant nitrate accumulation was posed out.
