不同供磷水平对拟南芥根形态的影响
Effects of phosphorus availability on root morphology of Arabidopsis thaliana

【摘要】 本研究采用透明的栽培介质,建立了拟南芥栽培和观测系统,结合显微分析和计算机图像处理技术定量描述了不同供磷条件下拟南芥侧根发生及根毛的动态生长情况。研究结果表明,在本试验条件下,磷浓度对拟南芥根形态影响较大,在高磷处理下侧根多,根毛生长旺盛,根毛数多,根毛总长度和平均根毛长度也较高。但是,磷浓度过高对侧根生长具有抑制作用。本研究有助于了解拟南芥根形态对不同供磷水平的反应机制。
【Abstract】 Experiments were carried out in agar culture to investigate root morphological changes in Arabidopsis under different P conditions. Plant roots were observed in situ, and the growth dynamics of lateral roots and root hairs were quantified using an observation system equipped with microscope and computer image analysis. The results indicated that P availability significantly affected root morphology of Arabidopsis .The number of lateral roots and root hairs increased with increasing P concentrations. But excessively high P concentration (>1 mM P) also limited lateral root growth. Our study could help to better understand the mechanisms of root morphology of Arabidopsis in response to P availability.
