【Abstract】 The study history of soil loss tolerance is reviewed and su mmarized on the basis of literatures in this paper , and the concept , connotation and standard enacting of the soil loss tolerance with the urban soil and water loss is put forward , so as to providing theoretic references for the planning of the soil and water conservation and eco-environment construction .
