从沙尘暴到退耕还林(草)
From Sandy-storm to Slope Farmer Land Conversion Project

【摘要】 发生频率越来越高的沙尘暴天气是气候条件与人类破坏生态环境双重作用的结果。从各种途径防治沙尘暴势在必行。中国北方频发的沙尘暴与生态环境破坏、水土流失严重关系密切。退耕还林(草)是防治水土流失的主要途径之一,也有利于防止沙尘暴。但仅是退耕还林(草)是无法从根本上解决沙尘暴问题的。彻底防治沙尘暴,尚需寻找其它途径。
【Abstract】 more and more frequent sandy-storm is the result of climate condition and environment destruction by human. It is necessary to control sandy-storm in all ways. Sandy-storms in North China are related with environment destruction and soil loess. Slope fanner land conversion project is one of the major measures to control soil loss, and it is also advantage to control sandy-storm. However, only slope farmer land conversion project can’t resolve sandy-storm completely. Other measures should be found to control it.
