【摘要】 本文利用OS5-FL叶绿素荧光调制仪研究了春大豆叶片叶绿素荧光动力学参数的生育期变化、日变化规律,以及与大豆器官氮含量的关系。初步结果表明,春大豆的氮素荧光诊断的时期为盛荚期至鼓粒始期;诊断时间为16点左右;诊断部位为上部成熟叶片。荧光诊断指标有待于进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Kinetics parameter changes of grown period and day-time of leaves chlorophyll fluorescence on spring soybean were studied by using OS5-FL modulated chlorophyll fluorometer,and studied relationship between the parameter and nitrogen content of soybean organs.The preliminary result showed that the period of nireogen nitration fluorescence diagnosis was mult-pod to begin grain filling,the time was about 16 Pm,the position was top mature leaves.The index of fluorescence diagnosis must study more.更多还原
