不同栽培与施肥条件下蔬菜的氮素利用率及氮肥去向的研究

【摘要】 通过15N标记示踪实验,研究了黄瓜、番茄、花椰菜、大白菜、菜豆在露地栽培条件下和番番茄、黄瓜在大棚与露地栽培条件下的N肥利用率及N素流向的差异,以及有机肥与无机肥配合施用对N素流向的影响。结果表明,露地栽培的5种蔬菜N肥利用率平均为28.68%,土壤N素残留率为39.07%,N素亏损率41.25%。大棚与露地栽培相比,番茄N肥利用率、土壤残留率和N素亏损率差异不大;但黄瓜大棚栽培的N肥利用率明显低于露地栽培,与菜农种植黄瓜习惯于大水、大肥,致使N素流失严重有关。有机肥与无机肥配合施用,当年蔬菜作物无机N肥吸收减少,但土壤N素残留率增加,N素亏损率下降。

【Abstract】 Summary Recovery rate and fate of nitrogen applied to cucumber, tomato, cauliflower, Chinese cabbage and kindy bean grown outdoors and tomato and cucumber grown in plastic shed were studied by 15N tracer. In the meantime the effect of applying organic fertilizer accompanied with inorganic on it were investigated. Results showed that the recovery rate of nitrogen, it remained in soil and lost for the five vegetables were 28.6%, 39.1% and 41.3% respectively. Throuth applying organic fertilizer accompanied with inorganic the absorption of nitrogen by crops decreased in the first year but nitrogen remained in soil increased.
