大豆基因型冠部、根部磷效率特性
STUDIES ON CHARACTERISTICS OF PHOSPHORUS EFFICIENNCY OF SHOOT AND ROOT AMONG SOYBEAN [GLYCINEMAX (L.) MERRILL] NATIVE GERMLACM

【摘要】 采用低磷红壤盆栽方法,对原产广东省的大豆[Glycine max (L.) Merrill]基因型的冠部、根部磷效率特性进行研究。研究结果表明:①与常磷水平相比,在低磷胁迫环境下,大豆基因型具有较大的根/冠比。②在低磷胁迫环境下,大多数大豆基因型冠部的磷素积累相对较多;植株磷效率特性越好,冠部磷素积累的百分率就越大,反之亦然。③在低磷胁迫下,随着RVPPU的减少(HND55→HND58),除了HND39大豆基因型外,其他大豆基因型的SPER和RPER均呈现逐渐增大的趋势。
【Abstract】 Studies on the characteristics of phosphorus efficiency of shoot and root among Guangdong’ S native soybean [ Glycine max (L. ) Merrill] genotypes were conducted by means of soil pots in this paper.The main results are as follows: (1) Compared with adequate phosphorus treatment, there is a relatively greater proportion of root dry biomass to plant dry biomass under low phosphorus treatment, in other words, the ratio of root/shoot is relatively higher under low phosphorus treatment. (2) The shoot part of a great many of soybean genotype plants accumulates more percentage phosphorus under low phosphorus treatment.The better the plant phosphorus efficiency is, the greater shoot phosphorus uptake (SPU) is, and vice versa. (3) With decrease from HND55 to HND58 in RVPPU, there is a tendency for soybean genotypes to show a gradual increase in SPER and RPER under olw phosphorus treatment with the exception of HND39.
