氮素营养对不同衰老类型玉米碳氮化合物累积的影响

【摘要】 采用田间试验研究氮素营养对不同两种衰老类型玉米后期碳氮化合物累积的影响。结果表明,保绿型玉米四密21粒重形成主要依赖于后期根系养分供应和叶片光合作用,而早衰型玉米丹玉13粒重形成较大程度上依赖于后期营养物质由营养体向籽粒转运。与丹玉13相比,四密21各处理籽粒形成期间能保持较高根、茎、叶和籽粒的糖和淀粉比例,有利于光合产物向籽粒转运。迫施穗肥有利于四密21营养体保持较高的糖、淀粉、80%乙醇溶解氮和可溶蛋白态氮比例;而丹玉13只追拔节肥即可保持足够的营养体碳、氮向籽粒的转运。过量施氮并不能增加该两品种植株各部分糖、淀粉、80%乙醇溶解氮和可溶蛋白态氮比例,对籽粒形成无益。

【Abstract】 Field experiments and biochemistry analyses were carried out to study on carbon and nitrogen metabolism of two contrasting maize varieties with different senescent appearance.The results showed that grain formation for Simi 21 (stay-green variety) mainly depend on supply of nitrogen from roots and C from photosynthesis during grain filling, while that for Danyu 13 (early senescent variety) fs relied on C and N mobilization from vegetative to greater extent. For Simi21, the percentage of sugar and starch in root, stem, leaf and grain increased, which benefit translocation of photosynthates to grain, in comparison with that of Danyu 13. When nitrogen was top-dressed both at jointing and tasselling, the percentage of sugar, starch, 80%ethanol-soluble N and soluble protein N increased for Simi 21 .For Danyu 13, abundant C and N compounds were accumulated in vegetative parts at earlier growth stage, and then mobilized to grain at later growth stage when nitrogen was top-dressed only at jointing stage. Excessive nitrogen could not increase percentage of sugar, starch, 80% ethanol-soluble N and soluble protein N for both two varieties.
