生物质制氢与燃料电池整合系统研究

【摘要】 生物质制氢与燃料电池的技术整合将提供一条完全清洁的后续能源路线,并能够为生物质能源的高效经济利用开辟具有竞争力的创新途径,为氢能技术的发展提供有利保障。在对生物质热化学制氢的工艺路线和过程经济性等进行对比分析的基础上,明确了制氢路线开发中的优化方向;对生物质燃气在高温燃料电池系统中应用的诸多影响因素进行了系统分析,并结合目前国内外生物质基燃料电池系统的研究进展,明确了适宜的生物质制氢与燃料电池系统的整合工艺开发中需要克服的障碍和路线的发展方向。
【Abstract】 The integration of hydrogen production from biomass and fuel cell provides one completely clean route for successive and distributed energy supply, which is important for the implementation of hydrogen economy. With the high efficiency and flexibility of fuel cell system, that integration can promote the efficient utilization of biomass resources, supplying electricity and heat for adjacent areas. On the comparison of main technology routes in thermochemical conversion of biomass for hydrogen production, the direction of the optimization of the technology and process economy was defini-tize. Based on the investigation of the development of MCFC and SOFC, the requirements of high temperature fuel cell on the fuel gas was applied in the adjustment of the composition of hydrogen-rich gas from thermochemical biomass conversion . And factors that may have some influence on the integration of fuel cell with biomass hydrogen were discussed, in order to realize the low cost and high stability in system. Measures that should be taken were discussed to overcome the technological and economic obstacles in the implementation and commercialization of the integration of biomass hydrogen production with fuel cell.
