城市污水厂污泥热解制氢的实验研究

【摘要】 利用固定床热解反应装置,对城市污水处理厂的污泥进行了热解制氢试验。结果表明,随着温度升高, 产气量增大、H2产量随之增加。当温度处于700~950℃时,H2大量产出,阶段最高产率达51.61%。污泥热解技术兼具能源回收和环保功能,是一项具有发展潜力的制氢技术。
【Abstract】 Hydrogen production by sewage sludge pyrolysis is a promising technology. A series of experiments have been conducted in laboratory scale. In this study, sewage sludge was pyrolysed in a fixed reactor. As a result, yield of hydrogen gas increases with the increasing pyrolysis temperature. A yield peak and a speed peak of hydrogen production lies in the range of temperature from 700 ℃ to 900 ℃. Hydrogen gas was produced in a higher proportion in the series of experiments with a maximum value of 51.61 in volume.
