葡萄糖对莱茵衣藻的产氢影响研究

【摘要】 本文通过在TAP培养基中添加葡萄糖,考察了葡萄糖对莱茵衣藻生长及产氢的影响。结果表明,TAP培养基中添加葡萄糖对莱茵衣藻生长有利,最佳添加量为0.3g/L,在去硫的TAP培养基中添加葡萄糖对莱茵衣藻产氢也有促进作用,最佳添加量为0.2g/L,可提高30%的氢气产量。且在莱茵衣藻连续产氢时,添加葡萄糖使得产氢时间提前2天,纯度也微量提高,最高产氢量提高8.3%。

【Abstract】 The green algae Chlamydomonas reinhardtii was used to product H2 when exposured to illumination after anaerobic incubation in dark. The anaerobic conditions induced hydrogenase activity to catalyse hydrogen evolution in the stage of illumination. The effects of sulfur deprivation and glucose on hydrogen production with Chlamydomonas reinhardtii were studied.Although Glucose could not be the only carbon source on growth of C.reinhardtii, growth of C.reinhardtii was slightly enhanced by 14% with adding glucose to the medium. Further more, the production of H2 with glucose was also enhanced in sulfur-deprivation medium. The H2 evolution was increased by 30%. Adding glucose to medium and sulfur deprivation resulted in two-day earlier start of the H2-production and 8.3% higher quantity of H2 produced than sulfur deprivation only. The best concentration of glucose for C.reinhardtii growth was 0.3g/l and for H2 production was 0.2g/l.
