脱灰预处理麦秸在下行循环流化床中快速热解的研究

【摘要】 采用下行循环流化床在673K-833K温度范围内进行了加料率为3-4kg/h的麦秸和脱灰麦秸快速热解研究,考察了不同热解温度下两种物料的气、液、固产率。研究结果表明:脱灰麦秸热解的最佳温度为713K,最高液体产率达到64%,热值为17MJ/kg;与原生麦秸相比,脱灰麦秸可提高11%-27.6%的生物油,且生物油的C含量增加9%-15.2%,O含量降低了7%-13.2%,提高了生物油的品质;脱灰麦秸热解半焦的产率降低了11%-26.7%,并改变了麦秸热解气体产率随温度变化的规律。
【Abstract】 The fast pyrolysis characteristics of wheat straw and deashed wheat straw removed hemicellulose and ash forming elements partially, have been investigated in a downer pyrolysis reactor integrated in a circulating fluidized bed (CFB)system. The experiments were carried out in the temperature range of 673-833K and N2 atmosphere under ambient pressure. The feeding rates of two kinds of studied wheat straw samples were kept at 3-4 kg/h in each test runs. The effects of deashed treatment for wheat straw on pyrolysis yields of gas, liquid and solid products are also to be clarified.The experimental results showed that the yield of liquild from pyrolysis of deashed wheat straw can reach 64%(wt) at 713K and its HHV was about 17MJ/kg. Deashed treatment can increase 11%-27.6% of liquid products and 9%-15.2% of carbon content in liquid products, while the oxygen content in liquid products can also decrease 7%-13.2%, Hence, the quality of liquid products generated from pyrolysis of wheat straw can be upgraded by the deashed treatment. In addition, the deashed treatment can also decrease the char yields and change the relation between pyrolysis temperature and gas yields as well. It is proved that deashed pretreatment is effective for improving bio-oil properties.
