一种高效生物质制氢技术
A Novel Method for Efficient Hydrogen Production from Biomass

【摘要】 开发经济高效的生物质热化学转化制氢技术极具发展潜力。本文在对现有技术分析的基础上,提出了利用二次裂解制取富氢气体的路线。对固相生物质原料和中间气相产物进行深度不同的两次裂解,在充分利用生物质中载氢化合物的同时,避免碳元素对气态重烃裂解的阻滞,并利用自体能量平衡实现高效制氢。利用实验室规模实验台进行了初步研究,得到了含H2 39%~43%、CH4 11%~14%、CO16~19%、其他轻质烃1%~3%的气体产物,仅H2一项已经达到原料氨转化率的60%左右,验证了路线的可行性。
【Abstract】 It is of great potential to develop economic competitive biomass thermal conversion technology for hydrogen production. One kind of novel method for efficient hydrogen production from biomass is proposed on the basis of current technology route review. One secondary decomposition process is applied to the intermediate gaseous product after the biomass pyrolysis process, which is undergoing under different temperature, for hydrogen rich gas production. It implements the sufficient utilization of hydrogen-hold components in biomass, while avoids the blockage of carbon element towards the cracking of large molecule hydrocarbon. On the basis of self-energy-sustainability, the overall hydrogen content in the product gas can be expected to reach about 60~70%. From primary test on bench scale experiment system, hydrogen-rich gas product, with H2 39%~43%, CH4 11%~14%, CO16~19%, and some other light hydrocarbons 1%~3%, was achieved, which reveals the feasibility of the applied technology route.
