麦秸分级预处理物料的热解过程研究
STUDY ON PYROLYSIS PROCESS OF WHEAT STRAWS WITH STEAM EXPLOSION AND SOLID FERMENTATION PRETREATMENT

【摘要】 利用热重-傅立叶红外研究了麦秸、汽爆麦秸、发酵麦秸的热失重特性及其气体析出行为。三种麦秸的热失重表明,热失重过程主要分四个阶段:干燥阶段(30-150℃)、过渡阶段(150-250℃)、热解阶段(250-600℃)、半焦炭化阶段(600-900℃)。三种麦秸热分解及析出挥发分的机理过程分为两步,热解阶段发生羟基、羧基断裂、解聚,以自由基、转糖苷等机理途径形成含C-O-C基团、醇、醛、酸、酮和CO2、H2O、CH4等气体化合物,而CO的析出稍晚:半焦炭化阶段,主要以自由基机理途径依次析出烃类(包括CH4)、CO2、CO等气体。麦秸经过汽爆、固态发酵分级预处理不仅使热解干气的产率降低,热解可凝气体的产率增加,而且热解所得的酸产量减少,因此,汽爆、发酵分级预处理对开发酸含量少、品质高的生物质热解制液体燃料工艺具有重要的指导意义。
【Abstract】 The pyrolysis characteristics of wheat straws with steam-explosion and solid fennentation pretreatment were investigated by thermogravimetry coupled to real-time evolved gas analysis by infrared spectroscopy (TG-FTIR) in the stream of Nj. The pyrolysis process can be divided into four main stages with increasing temperature including the drying stage (30-150℃), the transitional stage (150-250℃), the pyrolysis stage (250-600℃), the carbonization stage (600-900℃). The mechanism of pyrolysis is concluded to interpret the pyrolysis process and the evolving characteristics of gas compounds in the pyrolysis stage and the carbonization stage. The yield of uncondensable gases decreased by steam explosion and solid fennentation, but the yield of pyrolysis liquid and carboxyl compounds increased by the pretreatments. These conclusions provided valuable information for further research on biomass pyrolysis to acquire high quality bio-oil.
