电子废弃物中三种工程塑料的热解研究
EXPERIMENTAL SYUDY ON THREE KINDS OF ENGINEERING PLASTIC IN ELECTRIC WASTE

【摘要】 本文通过管式炉热解实验,考察了电子废弃物中三种工程塑料原料:丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS),聚苯醚(PPO),聚甲醛(POM)的热解产气规律,考察了热解终温对产气量、产气热值、以及气体转化率的影响,并应用热重分析方法得到了各自的热解动力学参数,考察了升温速率对热解失重的影响。
【Abstract】 Pyrolysis experiments of three kinds of engineering plastic: ABS PPO and POM has been carried out and the result of gas yield has been analyzed . The effect of action temperature on the pyrolytic reaction has been investigated. And also, by means of thermogravimetry, the pyrolytic activation energy and frequency factor are obtained and the effect of different heating rates on the pyrolytic reaction has been investigated
