新型高分子季铵碘盐及其在光电化学电池中的应用

【摘要】 合成了一种新型高分子季铵碘盐-含季铵基侧链的聚硅氧烷(PSQAS),比较了相同浓度(0.3 mol·L-1)下PSQAS与其他无机、有机碘盐的离子导电性能,研究了浓度对PSQAS溶液离子导电率(σ)的影响。结果表明:PSQAS能以任意比与增塑剂(乙烯碳酸酯(EC)与丙烯碳酸酯(PC)的混合溶液)混溶,而且导电性能可与其他碘盐相比拟,当浓度为2.25 mol·L-1时,室温(25℃)σ达到4.96×10-3S·cm-1,这大大有利于减少电解液中有机溶剂的用量。同时它与高分子有机基质有很好的混溶性,在构建固态电池方面具有很好的用途。本文用PSQAS、聚丙烯腈(PAN)和增塑剂(EC/PC)制备了新型凝胶聚合物电解质,并组装了准固态太阳电池,对电池的光电化学性能进行了表征。所得结果与使用液体电解质组装的大阳电池具有一定的可比性。

【Abstract】 A novel polymer quaternary ammonium iodide, the polysiloxane with quaternary ammonium side groups (PSQAS) , was synthesized successfully. The conductivity of PSQAS was compared with those of other inorganic and organic iodide salts at the same concentration. The dependence of a on PSQAS concentration was also studied. The results show that PSQAS can be miscible at any ratio with the plasticizer, the mixture of ethylene carbonate (EC) and propylene carbonate (PC) , and exhibits good conductivity comparable to other iodide salts. The a of PSQAS solution of 2. 25 mol L-1 is up to 4. 96×10-3 S · cm-1 at 25℃. These facilitate reducing the amount of organic solvents used in the cell largely. Meanwhile, it has good miscibility with polymer matrix, thus it maybe have good utility in constructing solid solar cell. Novel gel polymer electrolytes were prepared with PSQAS, polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and plasticizer (EC/PC) and applied in quasi-solid-state dye-sensitized solar cells. The photoelectrochemical performances of the cells were reported. The results are found to be comparable to those using liquid electrolytes.
