Mg-60wt%LaNi5的机械合金化和储氢性能研究
Research for Mechanically Alloying Mg-60wt%LaNi5 and Hydriding Properties

【摘要】 在3.0MPa氢气气氛下机械合金化Mg-60wt%LaNi5制备出复合储氢材料,XRD分析表明球磨60h后的物相为Mg2NiH4,β-MgH2和LaH3,制备出的Mg2NiH4相具有正方晶系的结构;对材料的热力学和动力学特性研究表明:该复合材料具有较高的活性,室温下15分钟内的吸氢量为2.37%;在5.0MPa氢气压力和373K~473K之间的条件下,可以在1min之内完成饱和吸氢量的80%以上,在5.0MPa氢气压力和523K~553K之间的条件下,可以在1min之内完成饱和吸氢量的90%以上;在553K的最大吸氢量为4.23 wt%。
【Abstract】 The hydrogen storage composite was prepared by Mechanical Alloying under 3MPa hydrogen pressure and was analyzed by X-Ray measurements including Mg2NiH4, β-MgH2 和 LaH3 ; The tetragonal structure of Mg2NiH4 was determined from its X-ray powder diffraction data. The thermodynamics and kinetics characters of the composite were studied. It can absorb 2. 37wt% hydrogen at 300K. Under 5. 0MPa hydrogen pressure, it can absorb more than 80% of its full capacity at the extent of 373K-473K and more than 90% of its maximum capacity during 523K-573K. The maximum capacity at 553K is 4. 23wt%.
