生物制氢反应系统初始容积负荷对乙醇型发酵形成的影响

Initial Organic Loading Rate Effecting on Formation of Ethanol-Type Fermentation During Start-up of Biohydrogen Production Reactor

【摘要】 本文采用连续流搅拌槽式反应器(CSTR),以糖蜜废水为底物,研究了在其他工程控制参数一致的条件下,不同初始COD容积负荷对生物制氢反应器启动过程中乙醇型发酵形成的影响。研究表明,在污泥接种量不小于6.24 gVSS/L、初始客积负荷为7.0kg COD/(m~3·d)、水力停留时间(HRT)为6h、系统pH和氧化还原电位(ORP)分别在4.0~4.3和—190~—220mV之间等条件下,可在30d左右完成乙醇型发酵菌群的驯化,实现生物制氢反应器的快速启动。由不同初始容积负荷3.0kg/(m~3.d)、7.0 kg/(m~3·d)、10.0 kg/(m~3·d)条件下形成的乙醇型发酵菌群,在相同的运行条件下其产氢能力存在着差异。当系统容积负荷为30kg COD/(m~3·d)时,由初始容积负荷为7.0kg COD/(m~3·d)条件下驯化形成的乙醇型发酵菌群比初始容积负荷为3.0kg COD/(m~3·d)条件下驯化形成的乙醇型发酵菌群产氢能力高出25%。

【Abstract】 The start - up of continuous stirred - tank reactor (CSTR) for biohydrogen production treating molasses wastewater was investigated. It emphasized on the initial organic loading rate (OLR) affecting on the formation of ethanol -type fermentation during the start - up process with the other conditions keeping invariableness. The results showed that, when the biomass of inoculants was not less than 6. 24gVSS/L, the initial OLR was 7. 0kg /(m3 · d), the hydraulic retention time (HRT) was 6h, pH and ORP were within theranges of 4. 0 - 4. 3 and -190--220mV, respectively, the preponderant population ofethanol-type fermentation in the reactor could be obtained within 30 days. At the same time, the rapid start -up of the hydrogen production reactor could be finished. The ethanol-type fermentative populations acclimated under different initial OLR of 3. 0 kg/(m3 · d), 7. 0kg/(m3 · d) and 10. 0 kg/(m3 · d) has different hydrogen-producing abilities under the same operating conditions. When OLR is 30kgCOD/(m3 · d), the hydrogen - producing ability of ethanol -type fermentative populations acclimated with 7. 0 kg/(m3 · d) is 25% higher than that of the populations acclimated with 3. 0 kg/(m3 · d).
