【摘要】 由于太阳模拟器是整个太阳电池测试系统最关键的部分,本文对太阳电池测试系统中的太阳模拟器进行了讨论。而光源是太阳模拟器最重要的部分,本系统采用的是脉冲氙灯,其具有良好的太阳光模拟特性。本文分析了脉冲氙灯的光谱与放电的电流密度、充气气体种类、气压、电压、放电管径等参数的关系以及脉冲氙灯的触发电路。本文对数据采集卡精度进行了讨论,提出16位A/D卡、12位D/A卡能满足要求,并指出软件宜采用面向对象程序编制,在程序中嵌入汇编对硬件进行处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the solar simulator is the key part in the solar testing system, the paper discusses the solar simulator in solar cells testing system. The light is the most important part in solar simulator, so we use Pulse Xenon-Lamp which has good spectral response. The paper analyzes the relationship of its spectrum and every parameter. Data Acquisition System has been applied in the system. This paper discusses the accuracy of D/A Card and A/D Card the system needs. And the paper points out that the control software needs OOP programming and assembly programming.更多还原
