掺银TiO2纳米晶的谱学研究

【摘要】 用溶胶凝胶方法(Sol-gel)制备了掺银TiO2纳米晶。用热分析 (TG, DTA)、 X射线衍射 (XRD)、红外光谱( IR)及紫外-可见光谱 (UV-VIS)对粒子的结构、光学特性进行了分析。结果表明:TiO2纳米晶的光学性能随其晶型转变及粒子尺寸的变化而有着显著变化,与普通TiO2相比,TiO2纳米粒子在纳米尺度内,IR吸收边有明显红移和蓝移并存现象,而UV-VIS吸收边随粒子尺寸减小发生蓝移,表现出量子尺寸效应。
【Abstract】 Nanocrystalline TiO2 powders were prepared by the sol-gel process. The structure and optics-characteristics of the powders were studied by DTA, TG, XRD, IR and UV-VIS spectroscopy. The result showed that with the transformation of crystal style , the optics-characteristics of the powders have remarkable variation.Comparing with raw crystal TiO2, the IR absorb side of the nanocrystalline TiO2 powders both shift to lower frequencies and higher frequencies, and with the grain-size become small, the UV-VIS absorb side shift to lower frequencies, that show the quantum size effect.
