【Abstract】 ccording to the rapid development of science and technology on CdTesolar cells abroad, the necessity of establishment of MW CdTesolar cells manufacturing line in China is proposed.The technical path and key techniques of manufacturing the solar cells are determined, and the establishment expense and production cost are estimated. Censidering the PV market of our country and the energy source policy of our govermment, the feasibility about the establishment and operation of CdTe Solar Cells manufacturing line are discussed and analysed.更多还原
