【摘要】 本文探讨了热喷涂制备管状SOFC过程中,化学致密化工艺对常压等离子喷涂YSZ陶瓷涂层气体渗透率的影响。结果表明,化学致密化方法能够有效填充等离子喷涂YSZ陶瓷涂层内部的微观孔隙,显著提高涂层的气密性,经化学致密化处理后,YSZ涂层的渗透率达到与真空等离子喷涂涂层相当的程度。利用等离子喷涂结合化学致密化工艺代替真空等离子喷涂制备致密YSZ电解质陶瓷涂层是可行的。

【Abstract】 The influence of chemically densifying processing on the gas permeability of YSZ coatings deposited by atmospheric plasma spraying(APS) was investigated to produce the dense eclectrolyte coating for the SOFC. The primary impregnating precursors was zirconium nitrade which was decmposed to zirconia through subsequent annealing. The results show that the coatings can be desnsified effectively through the chemichally densifying processing and the gas premeability of the YSZ coatings deposited by APS can be decreased to a similar level to those coatings deposited by VPS As a result, it is possible to replace VPS process with APS combined with chemically densifying process to produce dense YSZ electrolyte coatings.
