【Abstract】 The informationization of university makes diverse information systems increasingly large and complex.The manage- ment is also becoming more and more difficult.So,it is time to solve the problems of IT services management.Synthesizing sev- eral standards and models of IT services management,this paper brings forward the life cycle-based model of IT services manage- ment.Under the guidance of the model,combining service oriented architecture(SOA),we construct the architecture of SOA- based IT services management system,and illustrate the related implementing methods.更多还原
