体全息复用/解复用器件的优化
Optimization of volume holographicGratings for wavelength division multiplexing/ de multiplexing

【摘要】 利用体全息技术来制作波分复用器件是一种很有前途的方法。但是目前已报道的工作中还存在着衍射效率不高、选择性差等问题,它们分别影响着器件的插入损耗和通道间隔。表明通道容量的波长分辨本领(λ/△λ)远远尚未达到密集波分复用(DWDM)的要求。为了达到DWDM所要求的波长分辨本领,利用二维耦合波理论及其解析解在理论上对光栅尺寸比进行了优化,在此优化条件下,设计短波长记录、长波长读出体全息光栅实验方案,期望与理论值符合,目的在于实现密集波分复用。
【Abstract】 Volume holography is promising for devices such as wavelength filters. However, in previously reported work with these holographic devices the diffraction efficiency and wavelength selectivity were not so satisfactory, which affected the insertion loss and channel spacing of the device respectively. Wavelength resolution representing channel capacity is far from the need for dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) . In order to achieve wavelength resolution requested by DWDM, in theory, grating size ratio is optimized based on the 2-D coupled-wave theory and its solution. In the condition of the optimization, experiment of recording with short wavelength light and reading with long-wavelength light is designed. It is expected to accord with theoretic value to realize DWDM easily.
