有机发光二极管载流子注入缓冲层研究

【摘要】 本文在典型双层有机发光二极管的基础上,分别使用CuPc和LiF作为空穴注入层和电子注入层,制作了典型结构的多层器件ITO/CuPc/TPD/Alq/LiF/ Al。对器件光电性能测试表明,加有载流子注入层的器件性能得到很大改善。尤其是LiF电子注入层的加入,大大提高了电子的注入效率,平衡了载流子浓度,提高了激子生成几率,从而整体提升了器件性能,其电流效率较原双层器件提升近一倍。

【Abstract】 The typical multi-layer diodes ( ITO/CuPc/TPD/Alq/LiF/Al) were prepared, on the basis of double layers organic light emitting diodes, which was using CuPc and LiF as the hole and electron injecting layer separately. Performance of the diodes added carrier injecting layerGotGreat improvement, which was shown by studied the photoelectric function test of the diodes. It was noted especially that the injecting efficiency of electron had been improvedGreatly and the density of carriers had been balanced in the diodes with LiF electron injecting layer. In this case, the produced rate of exciton had been improving, thus the performance of the diodes had been promoted remarkably, and the current efficiency had been promoted more nearly one time than the original double-layer device.
